制氧

制氧系统是济源钢铁与杭氧集团共同出资，组建的济源杭氧国泰气体有限公司。公司拥有 KDONAr-10000/10000/340型、KDONAr-15000/15000/550型、KDONAr-25600/50000/930型、KDONAr-40000/90000/1200制氧机组四套。采用分子筛纯化全精馏制氩流程，应用自清洁式空气压缩过滤器、透平式压缩机、全进口精馏纯度分析仪以及全精馏制氩工艺等多项先进设备和技术，装备达到国内先进水平，可生产氧气、氮气、氩气、液氧、液氮、液氩、粗氖氦、贫氪氙。

The oxygen generation system is offered by IYUAN HANGYANG GUOTAI GAS CO.,LTD., jointly invested by Jiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd and Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group CO., Ltd. The company has four sets of oxygen manufacture equipment: KDONAr-10000/10000/340, KDONAr-15000/15000/550, KDONAr-25600/50000/930 and KDONAr-40000/90000/1200. In complete-distillation argon recovery process with a molecular sieve purification system, a number of advanced equipment and technologies are used, such as a self-cleaning air compression filter, a turbine compressor, an imported rectification purity analyzer and a complete-distillation argon recovery process. It can produce oxygen, nitrogen, argon, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, crude neon helium, krypton-depleted xenon.
